1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be purchased directly from our official website.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cura.skin.

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Your order number and contact details.

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@curaskintheory.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) along with return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your product in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product issue or error on our part.

If your refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to hygiene regulations.

If you’d like to replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed for shipping.

After this period, we may be unable to cancel the order as it will already be in fulfillment.
